Everything your business runs on.

Honest pricing

Real numbers, right on the website.

No sales call required to hear a price. What moves the number: how many people use a computer · servers and special equipment · compliance needs (healthcare, legal, payment systems).

What you get every month

Included in every plan.

A managed plan isn’t a help line you hope you never call. This work happens every month, whether or not anything breaks.

Updates handled

Security patches and software updates applied and verified — automatically.

Unlimited support

Call or email as much as you need. No per-ticket charges, ever.

Backups checked

Backups verified and test-restored on a schedule — not assumed.

Security check-ups

Ongoing reviews of your sign-ins, email protection, and devices.

A monthly check-in

A plain-language report and a short strategy conversation. You always know where you stand.

Everything documented

A living inventory of what you own and how it’s set up — yours, not hostage.

Small stuff fixed early

We handle the little problems before they become your bad day.

Modern stack, modern methods

IT has changed. We kept up on purpose.

We already know the tools you run — Microsoft 365, Fortinet, point-of-sale, cameras — and the current way of running them: maintenance that runs itself, laptops that arrive already set up, security built in from day one. Cloud where it earns its keep, on-prem where it makes sense. No rip-and-replace required.

Always on

While you sleep, we’re watching.

Proactive monitoring means we catch most problems before you ever notice them. This is the kind of visibility every managed client gets.

Full FAQ
What does "right-sized IT" actually mean?

It means matching your IT spend to your real needs — not a sales quota. We audit the tools and subscriptions you already pay for, consolidate overlap, drop what you don’t use, and only add what genuinely reduces risk or saves time. You get a clear picture of what to keep, cut, or do yourself.

How is StackSavr different from a typical MSP?

Two things: transparent flat pricing instead of surprise invoices, and honesty about DIY. We’ll tell you which IT tasks you can handle in-house and reserve our time for the work that truly needs a pro. The goal is to lower your total spend, not maximize our invoice.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

No. Managed plans are month-to-month per seat. We also offer break/fix hourly and project-based work with no retainer for businesses that aren’t ready for a managed plan.

What areas do you serve?

We focus on NW Indiana — St John, Schererville, Dyer, Munster, and Crown Point as our core area, plus Cedar Lake, Hobart, Merrillville, and Valparaiso. Many services are delivered remotely, so we can support businesses beyond that radius too.

What should IT cost my business?

It varies, but most businesses are overspending on overlapping subscriptions and reactive break/fix calls. A right-sized managed plan usually lands at a predictable per-seat rate that’s lower than the patchwork it replaces. Book a free assessment and we’ll show you the numbers for your business.
